Connecting Pusa digitally and globally...
Pusa, a small rural town about 30 minutes drive from Betong Division, is well-known in Sarawak for its seemingly endless fresh catch of 'Ikan Terubok'. Now, the fast-growing town can boast about its newest development project - The Pusa ER-Centre.
Officially launched on 27th August, 2004 at the Pejabat Residen Kecil Pusa, the ER-Centre (or Electronic Resource Centre) is stationed at a spacey and conducive room inside the building. The ER-Centre is now opened to public's usage for information-gathering.
Deputy Chief Minister of Sarawak, Tan Sri Alfred Jabu Numpang was present to officiate the launching of the event that was co-organised by the Information Communication Technology (ICT) Unit of the Chief Minister's Department, Pejabat Residen Bahagian Betong, and Pejabat Daerah Kecil Pusa.
