Asset Management System
The Asset Management System (AMS) is a multi-user, multi-office, web-based centralised database management system. The system assist organisations to better manage the allocation, distribution and productive use of their assets.

The system captures information on assets and tracks the use and movement of assets through their entire life cycle beginning with registration to assignment or allocation, transfer, stock checking, maintenance and eventual loss or disposal.


Procurement and Inventory System
The Procurement & Inventory System is a multi-user system with a centralized database, which facilitates the monitoring, tracking and management of purchasing and inventory and provides the necessary data entries to the accounting system.

The Procurement & Inventory System has 5 main modules.

  1. Requisition
  2. Inventory
  3. Procurement
  4. Collection
  5. Receive and Delivery

Each module incorporates electronic submissions and approval workflows with online reference to stock items available in the store. The system allows for the management of separate and multiple stores but the consolidated view enables the overall stock level to be managed in a fast and practical manner for better financial planning and budget control for purchasing.


Accounting System
The Accounting System offers integrated and timely management of accounting and financial information.

The accounting system consists of 6 main modules:
