SAINS has developed various e-Government applications for the Sarawak State Government. These online e-Government applications are consolidated on "MyOneStopSarawak" - the Internet Portal hosted by SAINS for the Sarawak State Government service user community.

The portal contains information such as government publications, government site directories as well as news and announcements. Other than that, it also features various e-Government applications such as E-Request, E-Booking, Citizen Helpline, etc.
