e-Welfare was developed for the Department of Social Welfare Malaysia to speed up process of social service delivery nationwide.

The centralised architecture of the system with its consolidated database allows the Department of Social Welfare to effectively manage and monitor the recipients of welfare services across their offices nationwide. The system reduces errors and duplication in their administration and improves distribution of welfare aid.
