The ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification of SAINS Data Centres in Information Security Management System (ISMS) reflects our dedication to providing secure, reliable and high performance data centre services, while the ISO 9001:2015 certification of our Contact Centre services illustrates our commitment to quality service and continuous improvement. We have also been appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV) Version 1.3.
